   Went in to get an EMERGENCY prescription at 8:45, when they close at 9. Woman behind counter was faffing around, and saying she didn't have time, spoke to a colleague and said they would need to call security as there was a que. Colleague then said was anyone needing an emergency prescription, said yes and explained was for diabetes. Then informed me couldn't do it and to call 111. They were both then seen walking around asda store shopping (pharmacy was separate to main store). So clearly just wanted to close early to do their shopping. Shocking attitude to have !!

   Awful! Lost over £500 being messed about with prescriptions. Disgusting. Try boots, might be more expensive but Atleast they are committed to delivering the product you pay for

   Popped into Asda pharmacy tonight asked for paracetamol and cocodamol tables asked why I wanted them I said ...asked if I was on any other medication... I said no...they tried to sell me something else. I said i wanted the paracetamol and cocodamol... they refused to sell them to me

   Pharmacy closed at 9pm on 23.12.24, arrived at 8.35pm and joined a queue of 20 people as they closed the doors. When I reached the front of the queue at 9pm I was informed the pharmacist had left the building and the assistants were not allowed to serve me. Disabled grandchild at home with a temperature of 39.8 who can only take nurofen gummies as an alternative to Calpol which wasn’t bringing the temperature down. At the very least the pharmacist could have stayed on for 5 minutes to ensure the final customer they had allowed to enter was served. Incredibly unprofessional.

   Both pharmacies are absolute waste of time. Long queues always and one person attending to. The Speedwell has nothing even for a painkiller.

   Tried to call this pharmacy from Cornwall as my daughter desperately needed her sensor and glucose strips to test her CBS’s as she is an unstable Diabetic due to other problems the Diabetes has given her. Checked on line to see if they were open it said it closes at 11pm but may change due to bank holidays. We travelled to Plymouth from Cornwall as Bodmin chemist wouldn’t give my daughter these items as she didn’t have the script the day before. We went to Liskeard Boots who were quite helpful they did have the sensors my daughter needed but didn’t have the blood test strips. NOT one Chemist would pick the phone up today. We did chance Asda as our last resort, as it said 11pm closure, but may change due bank holiday we were aware of this but thought it meant maybe close at 18.00?.? we just made it and was told by this Woman I am not doing anymore prescriptions today, I tried to explain we had travelled far but she wasn’t interested nor did she ask ask what we needed to travel so far I tried to speak, no one listened, we were left inflated., and exasperated. The Woman did say there wasn’t any other chemist open, so why didn’t she have alittle empathy and ask us what we needed or try to help us. As we travelled so far, My daughter will be beside herself tonight as she CANNOT check her blood sugars! This isn’t just today we have tried to get these items it’s been nearly a week! Why isnt there help out there for “out of hours” Diabetics as this is a life threatening issue!!! I don’t understand this. But there is help out there for others who have health issues! One concerned parent!

   Some of the staff are rude I think they should all go on training for customer care ! I am forever starting My meds and then at end of my cycle go to collect and still don't have them untill 5 days later after I have ran out... , when i overheard one of the staff tell the pharmasist it's important ' Pharmasist replied ' Everyones is important and have to wait like the rest ' Shocking and it continues ... Really not Good enough.. so they tell you to phone before hand instead of standing around waiting ...And trying to get through to them IMPOSSIBLE...
