Absolutely delighted that they could issue an emergency prescription, when Boots in Crownhill refused due to a very small error with the way it was written, not quantity wise just how many days. Anyway, this chemist was able to prescribe my steroids and I am on the road to recovery. Thank you Well team.

. I have been back twice since December and what a transformation, staff are helpful and polite. I had a consultation with the pharmacist and he advised what I needed from my GP. WOULD definitely go back .

Phone rarely gets answered, regardless of the staff not working and just chatting, If it does, they sometimes forget to hang up and you can hear them talking about them (& once myself before), in the background. The staff are rude and uncaring no matter how you polite you are or how clearly you explain your need, or if you’re suffering; Prescriptions are NEVER prepared or ready on time, always have to get an emergency script as they have run out every time I go to collect, pharmaceuticals I can’t go without. Poor communications with the surgery next door, who are sick of the way they act themselves.

Extremely helpful staff. They are always so helpful and friendly. Helped me set up my direct debit prepay certificate. It’s always well staffed and pharmacist available in reasonable time if you need to see them. Moved from other pharmacy as this experience was so much better.

Thursday 2nd March 2023. Addition: Wendy who is, now, usually at the front serving patients has been an absolute pleasure to have take care of my wife and I. As previously stated Lori has always been superb and so kind. David and Liz >>>> My dear wife was treated awfully recently. Rude, unfriendly and disgraceful service from a pharmacy we have been using since it opened. My wife was almost in tears at the rude and childish attitude and anger issues from a female employee recently Friday November 25th. The employee in question has long blond hair and gets agitated very quickly. We have heard her yell at several people who have asked questions in a quite civilized manner. Having said this I must mention that Lori has always been a lovely person with a smile and great help when needed. Rotten employee

I've always picked up my prescriptions from here due to it being next door to my doctor's. The staff for the most part have been friendly to me except on one occasion. I was running around trying to get a prescription for my son and had been back and forth, I misheard the lady when she was speaking and she shouted at me loudly in front of the whole store. This was increably embarrassing and totally uncalled-for. I appreciate they must have to deal with some problematic customers but that doesn't mean the should take it out on the other customers. I went to the well pharmacy in Whitleigh and they were really helpful and friendly even though they had a bad day.

OMG never again,it needs restaffing and reorganizing.no customer care . They're so used to being wrong they think it's right. It's a total car wreck , unsafe and knowingly lets people suffer .

Had a horrendous experience in this pharmacy. I had a raging temperature from tonsillitis, I was humiliated because I didn't know there was a 'one-in-one-out' system on the go (literally no signage) and the pharmacy assistant was so rude to me and tried to make me wait until they'd texted me to collect my antibiotics for my tonsillitis. Made a complaint to head office but I never heard back. No regard for patient safety at all! I did this job for seven years and I know how hard it is. But I was literally stood in the middle of their shop, crying my eyes out because of the way I'd been treated, and not one single member of staff tried to comfort me in any way. When I think about the service I've had from Boots in the past, when my surgery were so slow at sending my prescription over for a different bout of tonsillitis - they sat me down, got me a drink and kept coming to check on me. Well have lost a customer :)
