The lady on the counter went above and beyond today to get me out of a fix. They are always friendly and helpful in here, but today even more so. Thank you.

Very very disappointed with the chemist, was told by the doctors to collect my antibiotics and start straight away very urgent. Sent my daughter to get them at 3.30 the same day, she was very rudely spoken to and told too busy to do it and I would have to wait. My daughter left and then 10mins later I get a text to collect my antibiotics which I couldn't as I don't drive. This is a disgusting way to treat people. Also I was told to pick up dressing for my appointment which they had the prescription the week before and again told haven't got them will have to wait. I have now removed by prescriptions to go to another chemist as this is not the first time this has happened.

The staff here, especially the lady on the counter were all very friendly and helpful to me today when l had an issue with a prescription which had not been sent across by the GP surgery. They quickly sorted something out so l wasn't left without any medication and they did this with kindness and calm efficiency. Just wanted to say thank you.

I’ve never had a problem with them. They have always been helpful and polite to me. I order my repeats through the NHS app and get a text when it’s ready. Thank you for your hard work.

Awful awful awful customer service! I understand the NHS is incredibly stretched & the staff are under alot of pressure & they are working long hours...BUT...they seem to have no empathy or show no care towards their customers. Their customers are people who use this pharmacy to get their prescriptions because they are ill or they have children or dependents who are ill. This can be an anxious or stressful time especially if the prescription you need is out of stock or delayed. There also seems to be a total disconnect between the doctor in the surgery who is prescribing the medicine and the pharmacy. Surely it would be good to have a system or flag so the doctor is aware that the drug being prescribed is 'out of stock' or is at 'very low levels'. What's the point of having a prescription if you can't get the drug prescribed??? Yesterday I took my son to the surgery with ear ache and was prescribed ear drops by the doctor. However the pharmacy didn't have the ear drops. If the doctor was aware of this then possibly an alternate medicine might have been offered which was available? I spent the rest of the evening driving around the remaining pharmacies which were open trying to find these ear drops - but no luck! My partner then spent another two hours in the morning trying to find these ear drops and eventually succeeded. Very stressful!!!

Service here has declined. Had lots of issues with trying to get my sons medication and not being informed that its not available or stock issues, or its not been dispensed as there is no one there to do it, until I go to collect it. As a clinical nurse specialist at Derriford I am unable to just "pop back in an hour" as I was told to do this morning. Why open a pharmacy at 8.30 and not have anyone there able to dispense medications??

Worsed chemist I have had regarding trying to get through to by phone.i have spent since 10.30 this morning trying to speak to someone it's now 3:53pm in the afternoon and still no joy.when you no that staff stand next to the phone and don't answer or they put it off the hook is disgusting when you need to no about your medication when your disabled and you can't get it your self it's about time this be sorted out it's a very poor show manager needs need to get into gear and get this done with the staff.

As this is the pharmacy for my GP's, surgery, I only use it occasionally cos I dont need meds in general. However the few times I have gone in, I have been very impressed with how helpful they are. I had a couple of questions for the pharmacist and arrived just before closing time due to traffic on the A38. They could not have been more helpful and unfortunately they must have left late because of me. Thanks to the team that went the extra mile and doing what had to be done so I got assistance. I wish more businesses were this helpful. Thanks 'guys'
