    I bought 6 bottles of mam about 2 months ago and the numbers and lines on the bottles faded away already. I contacted the mam customer service and the said they could not replce my bottles because I used uv sterilisers. What Chantelle Dantier from customer service of Mam UK said was "MAM are carrying out ongoing tests with regards to UV Sterilisation. Currently, we do not advise in our instruction leaflet to use a UV steriliser with our bottles. According to our knowledge intensive treatment with UV light might cause de-coloration and degradation of some polymeric materials like rubber or polypropylene or formation of chemical smell in case of silicon rubber parts, our bottles to leak and also turn them into a yellow colour and can affect the prints." However, I have 12 other mam bottles that I bought 2 years ago and also used UV steriliser and all the number and line prints are still there. Also, there was nothing what using UV steriliser can cause. No warning or anything like that on their instruction. So, how can a customer like me know what they privately tested for what could happen to bottles by using UV steriliser but nothing mentioned it. I emailed them after I got an email they won't replace the bottles. Since they said so, they have been ignoring my email or never answer the call but KEPT SENDING ME TO GIVE FEEDBACK email. How shocking and disappointing their service is. My case number was 00047108. Do not buy their bottles. How can you even give a baby milk when there is no number and line only after 2 months of purchase? Again, DO NOT USE MAM BOTTLES. TERRIBLE BOTTLES, TERRIBLE COMPANY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
