   I recently needed the services of a Personal Injury Solicitor, unfortunately the first Solicitors employed gave very poor service and failed to communicate in a timely manner with little empathy or understanding. Nelsons Solicitors and Hannah Manewell then took over my claim and the difference was immediate, with a professional caring approach from Hannah who took time to read and understand the claim, giving regular updates and excellent communication, leading to a successful conclusion to my claim. If I need a Solicitor, I would highly recommend Hannah Manewell , not only for her professional knowledge and skills, but also for her caring approach and exceptional communication skills.

   I’ve called 4+ times over the past couple of months about a property matter and have never had the chance to speak with anyone. You just get a voicemail at 6pm on a Friday saying they're going on holiday, and then no follow up. Really disappointing, it feels like they don’t even want the work.

   I used Nelson’s for buying and selling my property. The automated on boarding with texts etc was frankly confusing, but the service I received, specifically from Shoaib Mirza was fantastic. Very thorough, and even if he didn’t take my calls immediately, would always respond promptly. Good communication, and would 100% recommend.

   My personal opinion is do not use them for a Property TOLATA case. The matter went on for approx 2 years batting correspondence backwards and forwards with little progress made but costs running into tens of thousands of pounds. I deinstructed them and represented myself in the end. They quoted an amount for a piece of work and charged me £2000 more than the quote. When i challenged this i wAs informed it was for additional work but they never substantiated what additional work was completed. Their complaints procedure did not address all of the issues.They took an aggressive approach applied interest to the bill and with held my documentation. Little more than regulated robbery! I am currently pursuing matters with the Legal ombudsman. Be cautious!!!!

   Hopeless I write on 2/12/2022 Just tried 4 times to phone them- they do not answer and you just get cut off. Obviously Reception STILL unmanned. Sadly like many Solicitors they think we are still in Lockdown.

   My experiences from end to end have simply been amazing with Nelson's. Having worked with a key partner and solicitor in what was a complex case regarding a divorce which had completed nine years earlier. I believe I received excellent value for money, full transparency of costs along the way, and superb technical advice throughout the process. Most importantly, personally struggling mentally with the trauma of the situation, I received kindness, respect, compassion, and encouragement throughout the end to end process.
