Shocked to see so many good reviews for this pharmacy (although most are very old). I found the service to be slow, poor and extremely unhelpful. After waiting 40 minutes for my prescription, i was then advised it couldn't be filled as an error was observed on the script. Although this wasn't the pharmacist fault - by this point I had been kept waiting 40 minutes, but worst of all was his attitude - completely unhelpful and unempathetic. I explained the urgency of the medication, and I asked if he could please call the prescribing doctor to clarify the issue but he advised me he was too busy and it wasn't his problem to resolve. A little kindness goes a long way! Even if he couldn't rectify the issue, he could have shown some compassion, but was 'too busy' to do so apparently and behaved as if he could not care less. The young man who was on the counter front was very polite and friendly, but the pharmacist himself was very unfriendly. In addition, during my 40 minute wait, there were numerous other customers who expressed dismay and frustration that prescriptions were not ready as promised and that there was long waits or requests to return the following week. One customer commented to me on her way out that she was a retired pharmacist herself and would love to 'sort this place out' as service was so disorganised and chaotic. Getting parked was really difficult too as the car park was full and the roads around the area are too narrow to park up.
I would like to say a a huge thank you to Andrew and his team for the exceptional care that I have received for my cancer care..they have done everything that they can to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible.we are so lucky to have the care given to us all through the these difficult times.too you all.,thank you.
Very professional with Prescription and other products. Hygienic and clean. With a very personal and safe feeling. They can help with mild medical problems and recommend treatments.

The community of Millbrook is so lucky to have MillbrookPHARMACY IN OUR COMMUNITY.Linsey and Karen and all the staff really are amazing.Thhey all go above and beyond to help as much as they possibly can to look after their customers.We all know ,as a result of the closure of our surgery that they are working so hard to look after all of us at this difficult time.They always make time to discuss and advise on any medical issues which may be of concern to each customer and I would like to let them know how much they are appreciated and to say a huge thank you to them all.Hopefully ( for their sake as well as for us as customers ) things will settle down soon and things will be better for them.Linsey and Karen in particular must be exhausted with all the upheaval especially at the moment while things are in 'turmoil'.Thank you both and to all the staff.They all genuinely and sincerely give as much help as they possibly can with a smile which in my experience of dealing with general public can sometimes be very trying to say the least.Well done all of you! In return,I for one will always support MILLBROOK pharmacy as well as I possibly can.You all are doing a great job!!
