Avoid at all costs. Shopping assistant would not give me over the counter medicine because I did have a cough!! So went to chemist further down and got medicine without a hassle. Will not be shopping there again!

Denied purchase of Night nurse after being interogated by the pharmasist about what symptoms I have, after reeling off my cold/flu symptoms and made to feel like I need to justify my symptoms, I was cut short when answered whether i had a cough or not. I then explained that my symptoms are preventing me from sleeping and a cough is on its way, she me told I didnt have the right type of symptoms and won't sell it to me. Instead I was given off shelf cold flu tablets and told they are much better, as that's what she takes. I now have a stonking pressure head ache, fever with shivers, and unable to stop sneezing/coughing and have barely slept 4 hours over two days, tablets have done nothing to ease this. I can only assume by my disheveled, sick appearance, she made an assumption of my character and decided what medicine I should have access too instead. Do not recommend boots or that pharmacist for future cold/flu purchases.

I visited Boots in Saltash today and was absolutely disgusted with the way one of the staff treated an elderly customer. The member of staff is a woman with short grey hair and wears glasses. The elderly lady had already received her prescription and asked for some painkillers. She was rudely and abruptly questioned who the painkillers were for. She didn’t seem to hear and the question was asked again. Rudely and loud enough for us all to hear in the queue. She replied her husband. When asked what the husbands symptoms were the elderly lady became flustered (I’m not surprised as the member of staff was being rude and officious). When the elderly lady said they were for her husband and it’s what he normally takes the member of staff became quite agitated with her pointing out that this particular pain medication was an opioid and was addictive. This was an extremely embarrassing situation as the lady then explained that she couldn’t get her husband to come and collect them because he couldn’t walk. I am absolutely disgraced and disgusted and infuriated that this member of staff felt that she could speak to this elderly woman in this way. It was embarrassing and unnecessary and everyone waiting in the line looked equally shocked with her behaviour. I just wish I had seen the elderly lady when I had left to see if she was okay. Yes, I understand that this is part of your role, but the way you spoke to this customer was downright rude. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Turned up at 16.58 today as it was the earliest I could get there to collect a very important prescription and they were closed! Now left in considerable pain until Monday becasue they couldn't be bothered to stay open until 17.00 like they say they are. On top of endless items I get prescribed never being in stock I think this is the last straw with this place now.

Horrendous experience every week I attend to collect my prescription. Lady behind the til is rude, blunt, unhelpful and makes it extremely uncomfortable to be there. Have asked GP to change pharmacy. Avoid.

Very poor customer service with some of the staff, one member of staff in particular talks to you like you are a child, prescriptions could go in on a Monday and still not ready by Friday and then get told items are not in stock and to come back after 3pm and yet items still not in stock. I raised my concerns with my doctors surgery and changed pharmacy as the surgery had a lot of the same sort of feedback.

My daughter went in and was told if she didn't have a mask next time they would ask her to leave, she told them she was exempt and the woman told her "go to the doctor and pay for a card then its not hard!!" no need for her attitude, some people don't deserve the jobs they are in!!

Staff are very helpful. Good range of products and good prices. The only problem is the store is small and usually quite empty compared to superdrug so whenever Im there I feel like I’m being watched the whole time. Limited stock since it’s small. But staff are so nice, they deserve a raise!

Sick and tired of being told that items on my prescription are out of stock and will be there after 3pm . Been in 3 days in a row this time. Staff stand around chatting whilst stocking shelves ignoring customers. Have contacted my gp to change my prescriptions to a different pharmacy .
