   Every member of staff in this pharmacy, apart from one lovely pharmacist, is beyond rude every time I come in. However particularly when I came in a couple days ago. I am spoken to in a very patronising manner and even simple tasks like picking up a prescription I feel the staff have the most uncaring approach and a very bad attitude towards customers, particularly to an older lady in front of myself as well. Do not recommend. The pharmacy up the top of fore street is brilliant however. Highly recommend using this one instead of the one with young staff with an especially awful attitude. Not impressed.

   I’ve recently started my weight loss journey with the now infamous injections, and was reluctant to purchase them online, so decided to get my meds/injections from this pharmacy. The service and support I’m receiving is second to none - the pharmacist Jay is fantastic, non-judgemental, professional yet friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have also received a complimentary session with the dietician, as part of this service. Jay’s staff have always been amazing, and I’m confident I will receive great customer service every time I’m there. I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you are thinking of starting your own weight loss journey and want that extra level of support!

   This has been the most friendly and helpful pharmacy i have ever used, being partly disabled and needing many medicines nothing was ever too much and I always got served with a great big smile from the lovely girls on the counter.    Still the best service that we all received at Saltash Pharmacy but now with an upgraded and bigger robot! Come on Saltash lets get behind Jay and his team and keep using them over the online pharmacies. Parking is easy too with the co-op and the railway carpark.

   Jay has moved his buisness to this new premises. Smart and modern, with the same helpful and efficient service. The location is just as convenient as the shop at the top of town, I use the Coop carpark. The dispensing robot is even bigger!!! Its my chemist of choice in Saltash.
