   Avoid this company like the Plague. I am a 80yr.old lady on my own. My daughter who lives in London bought me a Baby Relax chair , which l received 14th November. The delivery men took the packaging away with them. Well when l tried to sit on it l found it difficult as its on a swivel. Then to put the Recliner down you have to use your legs. I haven't the strength in my arms or legs to operate this chair. So here is the punch line, because the delivery men took away the packaging they wont take it back.AVOID AVOID this company.

   Awful customer services and aftercare. They don’t answer the phone and they dont read emails. I have been trying to purchase some spare parts to make a baby gate usable again for a month now.

   Avoid this company at all costs. Hired a baby seat off them, returned it 4 weeks ago and expect to get out deposit back but their phones are not in use, emails say 3-5 days (it's been over a week) and still no reply Absolute shambles and frauds. I have reported to trading standards.

   Purchased a sofa bed, satisfied with the product, however have lost 2 stars for aftershaves service. Needed some assistance rang the number provided but said working from home. Email, got responses but needed to speak to them. After 2 weeks someone told me they could call me on Friday as working from home but could on Monday as in the office. This was not convenient as I was working then, so gave up.

   Really good aftercare, after owning a quinny buzz for 4 years a part was faulty. After collecting it they kindly replaced the main frame. Amazing and thanks to Holly Waspe & jordan bailey
