   We used Brady Solicitors to obtain a possession order for our rental property after the council advised the tenants not to leave after receiving a section 21 order. We dealt with Carl Maw and found him extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. He answered any questions in a timely manner.    I became a victim of Brady solicitors when their clients, BMUK, became the management agents for my property. BMUK changed the bank details for service charge payments making me go into “arrears”. They refused to provide them and instructed Brady solicitors to collect 3x the amount plus costs and interest. Brady solicitors refused to correspond with me, issued a claim against me, then held my LPE1 hostage preventing me from selling my property, until I paid their exorbitant fees which they racked up intentionally and were not entitled to claim from me. Other reviews on here and Tripadvisor show I am not the only victim of their intimidation tactics and unscrupulous methods of making money. They rely on being able to evade the Ombudsman’s remit.    Brady's were my allocated solicitors when I completed a lease extension so I knew nothing about them, I needn't have worried as both Andrea and Lizzie were absolutely fantastic. Every email or phone call I made was answered promptly and unlike a lot of solicitors I found them very friendly and helpful! When I needed my lease extension expedited through land registry to enable a remortgage this was dealt with really quickly. I would highly recommend Brady's to anyone who is thinking of using them.

   Lizzie and Andrea at Brady have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my lease extension. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and their pricing is in line with the market. But what really sets them apart from 99% of the solicitors that I have dealt with in my life is their responsiveness and communicativeness. If you send them an email, you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours. You can't say that for most solicitors. Would 100% recommend.
