Great service Rachel the receptionist was really helpful with 24 hour notice provided me with a solicitor and the solicitor helped massively highly recommend
I haven’t even starting dealing I just passed my situation to them they promised a next day update and after a week I called them an the other receptionist was extremely rude, didn’t want to listen to me and understand me. After complaining she passed to the solicitor Rachel who apparently was nice and she promised me a 5minutes waiting for a call back. It’s been 5 hours now and nothing. How to trust a legal situation on their hands? Absolutely not recommended
At VERY short notice Mr Burdon located support for me from one of the most professional people I've met in the legal field in the respect of tailoring the help given to MY particular needs. I found Mr Burdon's receptionist also with professional attitude and Mr Burdon himself very acceptable during the initial request for help. I haven't concluded my affairs yet but can give thumbs up with both hands for this company.
I initially contacted this organisation for assistance and they seemed helpful but the follow ups for assistance wasn't great. I left them messages to revert back to me but this did not happen. I then spoke to someone else within the film who was not empathic to my situation at all in fact a little rude during the call.
