Amar represented me during a non-molestation and occupation order hearing. From the outset, Amar exhibited the utmost professionalism, compassion, and dedication to my case. Amar's attention to detail and meticulous preparation were remarkable. He took the time to understand my circumstances thoroughly, ensuring that my interests were protected throughout the entire process. His depth of knowledge in the field and strategic approach to my case were evident at every step, which instilled confidence and trust in his abilities. Amar's communication skills were also outstanding, as he consistently kept me informed about the progress of my case, explained complex legal concepts in a manner I could easily comprehend, and provided valuable guidance that helped me make well-informed decisions. His commitment to my case was unwavering, and he went above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned. Moreover, Amar's empathetic nature made an otherwise daunting experience much more manageable. His understanding and genuine concern for my well-being were truly appreciated during such a challenging time. His support and reassurance were instrumental in maintaining a sense of calm and optimism throughout the proceedings. Ultimately, the outcome of my case was successful, and I am convinced that this was due in large part to Amar's exceptional legal representation. I am immensely grateful for his hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Amar to anyone seeking a Barrister that will provide them with outstanding legal representation. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication are second to none, and I am confident that he will continue to provide exceptional service to his clients.

Joanne Phillipson was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Her command of the courtroom was nothing short of spectacular. She navigated every twist and turn of my case with poise, skill, and confidence. Beyond her legal expertise, she showed genuine empathy and understanding, always taking the time to explain each step and put me at ease. Thanks to Jo, what felt like a monumental burden was lifted, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was recently represented at family court by Mr Khairie Gedal, Mr Gedal was fantastic from the outset making me feel reassured throughout the day putting his knowledge and negotiation skills to work. The outcome was better than i had expected which I believe was only possible due to Mr Gedal's quick thinking both inside the court and outside during negotiation. Highly recommend as a farther fighting for what's right for his kids, Thank you !

Incredible professional service received from day one, we cannot recommend Joanne Philipson highly enough. She is an outstanding family law barrister with a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. Joanne supported through a deeply complex and emotive matter which resulted in the best/safest outcome for a child. Not only is she a wonderful barrister she is a sincerely kind and compassionate lady who goes above and beyond for her clients, her commitment was second to none. A big thank you to James who also went above and beyond to support .

In the course of over three years of litigation in Family Court, and more recently in Civil Court, I have run through a host of Direct Access Barristers. Not until I engaged with Catherine Hewitt did I find out what it means to “work with” one’s legal counsel - and to get decently treated by their clerk I have firm convictions about my case; Ms. Hewitt has her wealth of experience and sharp insight. As a result, we have been able to negotiate the very best strategies to tackle my case. Quite apart from ‘winning’ - and ultimately that involves forces beyond our control – we have advanced, step by step, in presenting a better case than I had ever hoped for, or would have achieved with anyone else. It is true to me, and due to her. To put it bluntly, she is a top-notch barrister who renders her services available at a very manageable cost - in a spirit of reciprocity. I consider myself to be lucky to work with Catherine Hewitt.

Raj Kanda provided representation for me on a recent court hearing. He provided excellent support throughout. He is dedicated and works to secure both positive and successful results. He is approachable and willing to listen, whilst providing extensive knowledge and expertise given his years of experience. He aims to deliver great client satisfaction. I would highly recommend Raj as a trusted barrister, and have been very pleased with the representation he has provided.

Rai Kanda was instructed for a hearing which was postponed at the last minute, he worked over and above to secure a new date with the court that worked for all parties. I can honestly say he went over and above the normal service expected from barristers. He took the time to read and understand the case to the level that I am happy to not only retain him for further cases but to also recommend him to anyone who requires a barrister with his skill set. His insight into the case and relevant area of law is such that he can not only respond to the events as they happen but can prepare for multiple outcomes and foresee any eventualities that could arise.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Howey who represented me at Crown Court and I would highly recommended her. Alison was thrown in at the deep end with my case a few months before the hearing, due to my own Barrister withdrawing for personal reasons. Alison spent many hours becoming familiar with my case and even fitting in around my work commitments for conferences. During the hearing she was calm, polite and professional at all times, whilst obtaining the desired response from the witness but without any unpleasantness. I have no doubt that without her ability to understand the subject so quickly and obtain the necessary information I may well not have had such a successful outcome. Alison was not the most expensive of Barristers who I approached and she certainly gave value for money. I also liked the fact that I was able to speak with her before engaging her to act for me.

After becoming a litigant in person during complex, emotive, and prolonged court proceedings I was advised by a learned legal practitioner to seek the counsel of Raj for an upcoming final hearing. He was remarkably astute concerning the advice and guidance he gave me and proved to be instrumental in an outcome being achieved that was in the best interests of all involved. He understood the case in its entirety whilst simultaneously addressing all of my concerns and making the appropriate representations thereafter. I am, and will remain sincerely grateful for the work he undertook and would not hesitate to seek his counsel once more should I find myself in such an unfortunate situation again.
