Unprofessional, error prone and poor customer service We retained the Beeston branch for a relatively straightforward conveyancing task. The Conveyancer made several errors which delayed the process (including a 3 day bank transfer process for funds that should have been made the same day). In essence their response was that they admitted they had made mistakes but they were not prepared to actually do anything about it. I recommend looking elsewhere for conveyancing services.

I hope I never need to deal with this solicitors, my sister has lost her fiance a year ago after 40years together. Even tho probate has been granted they want to keep hold of her finances for another 10 months leaving her to cope with bills ect strugging even though she is still struggling to cope with her loss. I thought we employed solicitors to help, not keep things lingering on. STILL on-going ! Discusting especially in this current climate . The lack of communication is diabolical!!

Would not recommend to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free experience. 3 months later I am still dealing with issues that I was told had been sorted by my solicitor (Shona) at the time of purchasing my property. Terrible communication and service, choose to ignore you as soon as your sale goes through. AVOID!
