Didn’t have a great experience at all after being in the que for over 30 minutes last night to get in , then there’s this guy going through bags and searching ladies , why on earth do you have a male person touching girls, then he kicks you off the line because you refused him to touch you as I’d rather have a female person doing that. Disgusting
Great Place to be , always packed, all different types of people there so everyone feels welcomes and the staff are lovely and check up on me many times. I cant get enough of switch !
Apparently my friends and I was bothering people and I wasn’t ever at the club before very disappointed and disgusted by the fact that we weren’t allowed in I know it’s just a club but the fact that we were told that we were harassing people after never being there was very discouraging I won’t recommend because security pick and choose who they let in the club.

Had a lovely night there last night. The staff were so friendly with a service with a smile and the music was good (not to my taste generally but every night is different themes so there's something for everyone) but had a good night out. I always love the atmosphere there and as they say say "switch til 6?
Bar manager called Sean was absolutely horrible to us for no reason and swore at us. He was accusing women in our group for something they definitely not said. He seemed to be treating women differently and was even told to stop by other members of staff. Luckily the other manager gave us a refund and we were able to get a taxi home after our night was cut short due to this rude and nasty member of staff. Very disappointing and upsetting. Please be mindful before going here.

The bar staff are great…… however, please be aware that after 8pm you have to order on one of the scan things. Dear management, Stop making people order on those stupid web pages. Save yourself some money, cancel those contracts as they are both annoying for the public and the staff. (BTW I own a chain of late night establishments) If you want any hints and tips please get in touch as I have seen a number of people leave your establishment as a result of the stupid web page ordering system!! Came here to celebrate my friend finishing his second year Law degree. Always the weather was amazing so it was nice to sit outside. I've been to air before for a drink but not for food. I went for a burger with sweet potato fries. The food took a little while but it was completely worth it. The sweet potato fries were incredible, as they were really soft but super tasty. My bill was less than £7 for the burger and a pint so I was very happy. The burger was also delicious, and I have high expectations for a good burger. The BBQ sauce was great and I loved it. I'll certainly come here again in the future for a pint and burger.
