   I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Knights solicitors and will definitely be recommending them going forward. From the initial conversation, right throughout the process, James McCrery was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He really understood that the process of buying a house is a stressful one so he did all that he could to make the process as stress free as possible. We would receive weekly updates by email. Communication was never a problem. I have had experiences with solicitors before but my experience with Knights and James has been my best.    I have used Knights for conveyancing. The service throughout has been professional and very responsive. Georgia McGuire who dealt with my sale has been fantastic. I would recommend her and Knights without doubt. Georgia and her team answer emails and calls the same day. When I compare Knights to the solicitors my buyers use the difference between the two showed me how good Knights are. Ultimately you get what you pay for so don't go for the cheapest when its such an important transaction. Thanks to the team at Knights.

   What a fantastic service! When moving house, having constant contact with your solicitor is vital for your own peace of mind and to understand how the process is coming along. Georgia McGuire and her team were fantastic in this respect. There was never a time we couldn’t get hold of her and when she was otherwise preoccupied she would always return your call or email at her next given opportunity. As regards to our house move, we had several complications. Georgia worked past her working hours on a Friday evening to see that we completed on time. At around 6 o clock she rang with the news that we had completed. This extra time she dedicated to us to force completion was exemplary. Our whole life was packed up in removal vans and ready to return to our previous address. Without Georgia and her team our life would of been on hold, accumulating multiple charges. You can’t put a price on that kind of dedication. As for price, knights are by no means the cheapest. But I would pay their rate time and again for the peace of mind they provided us. When fighting against the cost of a solicitor, you really do get what you pay for. Georgia and knights will not let you down and will make the whole process as stress free as it can possibly be. Knights, Georgia and her team I would recommend time and time again.

From reviewing the legal pack, to facilitating the bridging loan and then completing the refinance mortgage Carol-Anne and Helen have been brilliant.
