Pre booked a confirmed taxi for 8.45 to Nottingham train Station. It never showed up. When I rang to see where it was told they were busy. No apology or updated call by 9.20 still no show If it hadn't been for a kind neighbour we would have missed the train to St Pancras and connecting Euro star. Dreadful service.
Great driver as always good chat , did keep waiting while chatting at home before leaving cab. I just can't say anything bad , if I need to I do but on service and everything the best I've used. I've used for year's will never change my taxi service
Great service! The driver was really nice and helpful and made sure I knew exactly where to go before getting out of the taxi as it was early in the morning and still dark, he also got me there as quickly as possible. Thank you!
I used this company to take and pick me up from the airport both was amazing coming back from the airport I was greeted by a nice gentleman with my name on a board no waiting around he was a happy chap and helped me with my cases. I will be 100% recommending this taxi company to all of my family and friends. Very reasonable price as well for an airport pick up. Thank you
I am writing this review after making a booking, so haven't yet been driven to and from my destination. I was quite frustrated at the customer service over the phone. It was quite slow and not exactly friendly. The gentleman certainly wasn't rude, but there was little rapport or friendliness in his tone. Just kept saying, 'bear with me', and putting me on hold. It would be nice to get someone who is cheery and more positive. It left me feeling a little awkward on the phone. It may only be a taxi service but in this day and age customer service is king. Gotta keep the standards high!
Fantastic service; very friendly helpful driver who was very patient and courteous with my elderly friend. In addition I left my brand new phone behind and he went out of his way to come back and return it to me... first rate
