My taxi driver Glynn was very polite. We had a good old chat about the day's before the internet and phones, his driving was excellent and got to my journey on time and was very helpful. Thank you. Debra Lawson
Very disappointed with the service. I called before booking for a price and it was £32 at which stage I have my postcode.which included the drivers parking at the airport. We met the driver and had to trace across the car park with heavy suitcases. We started our journey home and the driver asked for the local to deliver to. When we stayed in asked I’d we wanted to go through the barrier. At this stage he rang through for a price . To be told £38. Why change a price when the postcode and door number was originally given. We had a great holiday and flight home. Unfortunately it’s a same Trent didn’t give a good service. The driver kept saying sorry and it wasn’t his fault. Sorry Trent We will not be using you again. You cannot give a price and then change it when the journey starts. It was all made clear at the start of the booking and I wouldn’t recommend you Regards Knightwood Drive
I use your cars quite often but every other Monday I have to go all around carltpn paying bills doing my shopping etc.. All of my drivers are brilliant but today's driver was second to none.he could see I have trouble walking so he got as close to my multple drops as he could.he even opened my door as I could not get my bad knee in or out. Seriously he was brilliant. I didn't catch his name but he told me he was romanium. All of your drivers are great but this 1 was exceptional. Thank you Trent cars.
