Staff are generally very good, but certain drivers are extremely rude, aggressive and should not be employed due to their unscrupulous behaviour. Trying to extort money out of vulnerable passengers is disgusting behaviour.
Very poor communication over the phone- they had to call me over 3 times just to get the time and date right. They were untruthful about the price over the phone and gave me a different figure when I had already got it in the car. The car journey was uncomfortable due to a smell in the car.
Great service. The driver arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. The car was comfortable and we got to our destination in plenty of time. Thank very much!
I am a fairly regular user of this taxi service and find the App is usefull for quickly booking my usual journey to work. Most drivers are friendly and drive well but there are some who treat the route like a race course and fly over speed bumps which makes the ride uncomfortable. On a few occasions I have been late for work due to the service being very busy, even when I book with plenty of time to spare. Most of the time I get a taxi within 10 minutes which is ideal.
Great taxi company, always my first choice. Pre-ordered our airport collection, and driver called to check our arrival, was there on time, helped us with our bags and was friendly throughout journey. 5 star service every time!
Very reliable for early morning rides into town. It's a bit more expensive than taking an Uber, but not that much and it's totally worth it. Great service.

Pre booked a cab the day before for 7:20pm Pickup. No contact by 7:30, driver 15 mins away on the map. Map feature vanished. Finally got through on the phone at 7:40 - told they’re ‘really busy tonight and don’t have a lot of drivers in your area’. WELL DON’T CONFIRM TIME-CRITICAL PRE-BOOKINGS IN OUR AREA THEN. Dossers.
