Pre booked Bingham taxi to and from Grantham Station to Langar Hall at the weekend. The drivers arrived early both times and were very friendly. I was able to check on my bookings beforehand and pre arrange a price.
Bingham Cabs have been excellent. Due to a serious incident due to Covid, I was left unable to drive for 10 months. Bingham Cabs, from the outset, were extremely helpful in giving quotes for my journey to work. From that point, I was able to book regular work journeys. The team were always polite, punctual and efficient. I appreciated the chats but also the times they knew when to leave me be due to exhaustion from the day. By understanding their business and booking as much in advance as I could, they were able to be flexible when alterations came in my schedule. They could not have been more helpful. A small team who work extremely hard for their customers. Thanks to all now that I am back on the road.
I was recommended Bingham cabs as we couldn't find a taxi to pick up outside city centre to get to my niece's wedding. After a lovely chat we were soon sorted with a cab. It was so nice to talk to a friendly voice over the phone. Would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant service from the first telephone conversation to obtain a quote. Polite, courteous and friendly throughout. Bang on time for pickup and great to be dropped off at the airport. No hassle with driving and parking. Vehicle very clean, driver great , felt very safe. On return to Gatwick text message from driver to say exactly where he would be waiting and within ten minutes of meeting him we were in the car and driving home. Can highly recommend this taxi service and would definitely use them again.10/10.
My friends and I used this company after a wedding on Saturday and the service was simply incredible. My girlfriend left her phone and shoes in the taxi and was certain she wouldn’t get them back. She called the company and within minutes she received a call back from a lovely man who rang around and found the driver who had her phone and shoes. This wasn’t where his kindest ended, he then went out of his way to make sure that she could get her phone back by dropping it off at a no extra charge! Definitely use this company as they have shown that kindness does still exist.
