   The SMS and calling service to ensure you can find your driver is great, far better than Uber where you never know if you can get through to someone. The chat system to book a car was also flawless and works just how you would expect, plus, the pricing is far more affordable than Uber as well.

   I usually have very good experiences with DG Cars. But this time was horrible. I got a driver called Nasim who was not only rude, but also late and problematic. I booked a cab for 4:45am as I had a train at 5:13am. Travel time from my place to the train station is approximately 10 minutes- so I booked early so I'd have plenty of time and not rush. He arrived at 5:00 am and I let him know that he was running very late. He then started speeding (which I was a bit grateful for). I got an email when I booked, to say that the fare would be £7.90- and I carried that amount in cash (also asked him upon entering if there was any other mode of payment to which he said no), but once we reached the station, he said the fare was going to be £8.00- agreed, not a massive difference; but I wasn't carrying a lot of change and had to pay him in pences. So it was a lot of loose change that I sat in the car and counted out and paid him. Up until then, I'm okay with everything. Because we reached the station with 4 more minutes to go, I didn't create a fuss and was getting out of the car when he charged at me shouting, "I don't want your charity"- loud, and repeatedly. I said this is not charity, but your fare. He then attacked me for being loud. My husband had to prevent him from coming after me, shouting all the time. He said he sped above 50, but I didn't ask him to. If he was on time, he wouldn't have had to speed. Overall, this was the worst experience in my life. Never booking DG again.

   My D&G can ride was excellent! The driver was from Afghanistan and has lived & worked in the UK for 27 years. He was very interesting to talk to! The Journey was very calming and I shall continue to use D&G.

   Our driver was absolutely first class. Great communication on where to pick us up and a very safe driver. We foolishly left a phone in the car, but when he found it, he very kindly brought it back to us. Definitely a 5 star experience.

   D&G are ever faithful and reliable. In spite of all the new ride apps available they have fixed and acceptable prices, spot on quotes and almost always availability, along with knowledgeablw and helpful staff. They are my go to when I need an urgent ride .

   Had another good taxi ride from DG Taxis this mirning which I had prebooked. Taxi arrived exactly on time in fact he had to wait a couple of minutes for me. Driver was very pleasant and drove very carefully. I have always been very pleased with DG Taxis and never use any other company.

   Booked a taxi at just before midnight .. lone female in my 50s waited alone outside until 1245 .. rang my partner , woke him up to fetch me as I was ALONE. got home and got about 10 txts between 1am and 145 .. telling me my taxi was on it’s was to I hope you enjoyed your service this eve , despite them saying they would only be 5/ 10 min max when I rang To start with … Never ever use or ring again ! Only reason I gave you one star is because it wouldn’t let me post other wise …minus one million to be honest , even though I explained I was a single female on my own
