Used DJM during a weekend break in the area, arrived within the timeframe quoted when we pre-booked, Mark was very friendly on both occasions. Will definitely use again when we are local.

Our friends pre-booked taxi at the beginning of December for New Year’s Eve. Journey going out was fine. Return was booked for 12.30. By 1am taxi hadn’t arrived. Multiple calls to number not picked up. When they did, the assured us it would arrive soon. Freezing cold, in a small village with no alternative. Everywhere closed. Luckily, at 1.20 a taxi that had picked someone else up earlier had come back to see if we were stranded. Thank god. DJM never responded, didn’t care that they had left us out in the middle of nowhere. Luckily we were two older couples but imagine if we were younger and on our own. DJM have to realise that they have a responsibly of care, especially when people book way in advance. Disgraceful. AVOID.
Terrible service, taxi came 30mims after we had booked it well in advance! Called them and they lied twice saying they will 3 minutes. Waste of time using them
Had a taxi booked for midnight from a village in the vale. When it was 10 min late I called and was reassured it wasn't far off. 10 mon later same thing. We had no confidence in th guy on the phone so we ended up paying some people in the pub to take us home. In a word, useless!
