A fantastic watersports company I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with a few times! Firstly when I purchased my paddleboard as a newbie with how helpful they were and secondly when I needed a replacement fin clip and I could not find the correct size anywhere online (even the paddleboard company themselves never responded to my email) but Reactive Watersports responded to my email in no time and were able to get the correct size clip for my board! Very thankful and appreciative of their help!! A great group of people!!
10/10! Their customer service was excellent, had a problem with a product I bought from them, came back after a week and they replaced the product no questions asked. The staff are brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable, for as long as they are open they will certainly be my go too water sports provider.

Great SUP lesson with James on the River Yealm. Equipment was hired (including wetsuits etc) and it was all in great condition. James was friendly and professional, making our first try effortless and fun. I'd highly recommended their taster sessions for anyone who is a novice on the water. We will definitely be back!

This place is great - we turned up just before closing and the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us time to try on the wetsuits and make a decision with no pressure even though it was gone closing time by that point. Wetsuit and BodyBoard - perfect.

The SUP board I purchased from Dave at Reactive was an AZTRON, great bit of kit. However it's the great service from Dave and the team really impressed me. When embarking on a new sport advice and support is important to know what you need. They guys sold me good kit, and then helped me with great after service when I managed to break both my paddle and my pump. Service and support, great.
