   Over the years have had a fairly average experience with this firm. Cars generally turn up on time, are clean and presentable. Aside from a couple of instances of drivers using their mobile phones whilst driving (several years ago), never had much to complain about or complement about. Until today, only this time I was not a customer. Instead I come across two of their taxis parked up. One pulled up at the side of the road (as you would expect a parked car to do), with another one of their taxis double-parked next to him (between them taking up about 3/4 of the road). Why? So they could have a chat between their windows. Moreover, even with vehicles behind them, they decided their conversation was more important than getting out of the way, forcing everyone to drive around them so that they could carry on their obviously vital conversation. If I had phoned and the operator had simply said something along the lines of "I'm sorry, I'll ask them to move on or both park up properly" everything would have been fine. But that isn't what happened... The operator did eventually say he would have a word with them, but obviously was not particularly bothered by the drivers obstructing the carriageway, because the first thing he did was to laugh at my complaint. Unacceptable behaviour from the drivers, and wholly unacceptable behaviour from the operator who answered the phone.
