the most most most rude taxis company ever. I went Long Eaton for business travel. Rang to book a taxi, the guy who picked my phone just reject me rudely like we cant do that. why you call us. So why u run business. then he hanged me up. very rude
very rude taxi company, the guy who answered my phone was rude and lack of manner, even he reject to picked you up. very rude speaking.
Booked the day before. Received text the taxi was dispatched at the time it was supposed to pick me up. Missed my train and had to book a taxi (from a different company) to the airport.
Random review! We didn't end up using their service but called to get a taxi and they didn't cover where we wanted, the lady I spoke to then took the time to find a company who could and text me their numbers. What great customer service.
