   PMB Pallet Express of Ilkeston have has just delivered a pallet of tiles which I ordered from Tile Mountain at Nottingham. The driver Paul is a real asset to the company PMB Pallets, he was extremely helpful, friendly and a very cheerful guy, he rang to let me know he was on route, and ensured everything went well with the delivery. I have had around 8 deliveries in the past two days with a project we have ongoing, and PMB Pallett Express and especially Paul's professionalism and friendliness, stands out from all the others deliveries we have received, some dump and run, leaving goods on the drive, others leaving goods on the garden and not bothering to even knock on the door. I would highly recommend PMB and hopefully Paul delivers to you.

   A lorry from PMB pallex scraped my parked car, damaging the back and taking off the wingmirror. Long story short, their insurance company is ignoring calls from mine to pay for the excess to get it fixed. Rang customer service who said there is nothing they could do. PMB will not take responsibility to contact their insurer to pay this excess and get this sorted. This company has cost me money and I have never even purchased from them.

   I have used PMB for many years for delivery and collections of pallets and always found them to go that extra mile, Helpful staff in the office always willing to help and give advice on the best way to send pallets so they arrive when needed. The drivers also very helpful even on difficult deliveries Would definitely recommended using PMB 5 star service !

   Cannot fault my delivery, driver very helpful with a difficult heavy and long pallet to get it as close as possible to my house. Even rang us before delivery to let us know what time he would be arriving, excellent service and highly recommended, thank you!

   Pathetic, left four pallets of tiles half on the driveway and half on the pavement causing a potential hazard and certainly meaning anyone on a disability scooter would have to swerve into the road. Driver had an electric pallet truck but made excuse after excuse why he couldn’t move the pallets a couple more feet into the drive. Clearly the other option to back the lorry on to the drive and off load was also beyond his capability.

   Last week one of the drivers failed to stop and give way to oncoming traffic and forced me and the car behind me to reverse I reported it to the company and they said they will let me know what happens and I haven't heard anything so they are clearly not bothered how the drivers behave.

   Highbury Vale, Nottingham at around 12.45 on 17/09/21 I was dangerously passed by a large HGV from this company. I was riding a bicycle/scooter and the truck passed close enough to buffet me with wind and I nearly lost control. This incensed me, due to the casual disregard displayed towards a vulnerable rider legally using the road. I would say the distance was 1.5 feet at furthest. At the next set of lights I confronted them and they were unprofessional and rude and denied being too close which made me even more disappointed. The current passing distance is 1.5 metres for a good reason. Riders are buffeted by the wind created by large vehicles passing. Called the company to discuss the incident but no reply on the normal number. I am sure this company are really good at dropping pallets but the driving skills and driving etiquette shown today need a lot of work. No attempt to apologise whatsoever, hence this review.

   Never understood that they just drop and leave it outside ya property.... thought they might of helped as I'm a female . Instead just blocked me path till I got help. Also when I rang to ask of this was normal I was met with a very rude boy on the phone . So not happy with service should of been made clear and as for the staff wow ... they need to employ better.
