   Fantastic company to work with. Having been around football for a long time and dealing with many various companies, I have to say VX3 have been the best to deal with. They reply to emails, they hit deadlines when they say they will without over promising and Luke and Louie have been a great help. The quality of the product is also excellent and I look forward to working with them in the future. Would definitely recommend.

   I ordered some t-shirts from the VX-3 website at 2 for £20 which is great value for this quality of product. I also paid an additional £5.99 for postage and packaging, which is expensive, but the website did say: “All non-personalised orders are sent on a tracked next day service, and will be fulfilled on the day of the order if placed before 2pm UK time.” Based on this, I didn’t mind the price too much as that is a fast turnaround. In the end it took a week for VX-3 to dispatch the parcel. It was then delivered by courier the following day. I’m a repeat customer and while I’ve always been happy with the products supplied by VX-3, the service aspect seems to be getting both more expensive and worse unfortunately. It would be five stars for the value of the product, but it’s minus one for the expensive and slow service, and minus another for telling porkies on the website.

   Absolutely fantastic service and really happy with the items received. Given we had an event to attend 1 week away from final sign off of logos, VX3 pulled out all the stops to get our whole youth section kitted out in time. Will be buying more from them based on the quality of what I've received.

   Recently ordered some custom t shirts for our sports team. I was speaking to a guy called Nick who was brilliant and his custom service was excellent. The whole process was very easy and getting to see a design before any money was exchanged was great. Very happy with the t shirts we received and the overall experience.

   Ordered various items for my son and nearly 7 weeks later there was no change to the order status. With no end in sight I felt it safest to cancel my order. Discussed my experience with my son's club and they were also less than complimentary.

   pretty disappointed in the delivery time.... if you look past the next day part of the text, the website says 18-20 days on all personalized items. its been 30 days (1 month) now and still not delivered. the company have not responded to my latest email sent 4 days ago asking for an update on the order.... the status of the order hasn't changed either on the order tracking....

   Bought a 2XL Dragons pro shirt from VX3 and they were too tight on my biceps. Agreed for an exchange but when I followed up with the product. Customer service was non existent and had no intention of helping. Didn't ask any details of my product that I sent and so I had to insist telling them all the information as they don't seem like they will follow up on my query. Also don't bother with emails or calling as neither option will help. Now I've checked the size I wanted for the exchange is sold out and VX3 still adamant "they haven't received the product" 3 weeks on.

   Shocking service!! Order dispatch took longer than the 7-10days (took 22). By the time they did fulfill ..what I ordered was no longer available in stock in my size. But rather than ring or email me to advise they just sent totally different items ... But at least they thought they'd got my size. Customer service not helpful at all... I've now got to go through application for refunds and reposting back to them to sort out their errors and get my money back. SHOCKING is being polite!!

   Sorted this as my cricket clubs coloured playing cricket kit. It was all bespoke designed and looks awesome. Delivery time was accurate and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I would suggest asking for a sample to check sizing first. No point complaining if you didn’t check the sizing with a new brand! Thanks Tristan and VX3
