   First delivery date, stayed home, but no delivery. Next day, left delivery instructions, but courier did not follow them or leave a calling card as stated. Did try neighbour but only allowed 10 seconds and jumped back in van. Neighbour saw Van driving away. Third day, stayed in all day, no delivery. Gave up now, and informed parcel sender. Parcel will probably be returned as I am working most days Would not use DX. Worse than Evri. The parcel was left on the street in the end, in heavy rain and risk of theft. Delivery instructions ignored. I will be recommending the sender uses Royal Mail, much more professional .

   Delivery guy had my item on Thursday, time slot was between 15.20 and 17.20. Never turned up, didn't turn up Friday, rang the company Saturday, we rescheduled for today 8th December between 9 and 1. Didn't turn up, rang company and apparently it's still in the warehouse. Shocking company

   Got given a delivery time Thursday of 12:36-13:36 was only working 2 mins away yet they showed up at 12:26 and didn’t leave the parcel. Rescheduled it straight away for the next day, took the day off work to make sure I was in as it’s an important package, tracking said would be delivered but never got any updates with times or anything. Never showed up after waiting in all day. Saturday shows on tracking as out for delivery again and again nothing. Absolutely useless delivery service and even worse and updating things. Still waiting on my parcel so will have to wait and see if I get any updates email Monday morning with a time and possibly have to have another day off for their incompetence

   I've worst experience I recently ordered £150 Stuff. I've received a email item delivered. Delivery driver just throw my stuff to next door without informing me. Shit Delivery service

   You would think as the intercom system is not working the driver would have the common sense to call the number on the parcel, but you'd be wrong instead they send you a pic of the outside of your building. Well done chap you've found the right place maybe use some initiative next time!!!

   Didn't want to give a star as they don't deserve it. Item bought from amazon Market place so seller responsible for delivery. Delivery should have been 7 days ago, still waiting. Tracking keeps getting updated as out for delivery. Called the main number as the Newark number does not work, promised delivery next day and still nothing. What a joke this company are.

   So bad. I've been getting text messages for about a week giving me a time slot for when the courier should be here with the parcel. They never come and then I get the same text the next day and no parcel. Tried ringing but no one answers. Fuming.

   So after promising me 2 difference delivery dates, both of which were lies, they posted the package to a random neighbour, never told me, then they tell me it’s out of their hands and I must contact the original sender to find the parcel. Do not use this company.

   Order an item over ebay early in advance so i can get it for a specific time, this WASTE of a company sent a guy out who didn't even knock on my door! got an email saying i missed my delivery! Booked a redelivery next day, as i knew i won't be home i requested to be left with neighbour , was completely ignored and got the same email again! tried calling but got hung up straight away when i supposed to speak with advisor.

   Wanted to give 0 absolute wreck of a company need some serious changes made within the company. Told me you had tried to deliver the package when CCTV footage on my house clearly showed you haven't been to the address. I reschedule delivery the next day you told me I had a 9 till 5 slot I waited in all day and the delivery wasn't done until nearly 6. Everytime I try to make a phone call to your office to obtain information about what was going off I was constantly met with automated services which hung up on me and when I did speak to somebody on the two occasions I got through all I got was "all I can advise you is we will get your package to you you at some point if not today you can reschedule". When I finally received the package the box itself was in poor condition with damage to the box the only positive was it wasn't damaged enough to damage to the product inside.
