   Very disappointed by the absolute lack of customer service. I purchased a bell for my dog from here, it came with a clip to attach it to collar or harness which was not suitable or faulty because my dog lost the bell 10 minutes into his first walk wearing it. Emails are ignored and any attempt to make contact is blocked. I have 50 years experience with dogs, l have extensive experience with using this type of clip. It was correctly fitted. But thank you for the thought. I have emailed twice in fact and attempted to leave a message via your website.

   I was buying a falconry glove as a gift for a friend. I ordered on-line, which was easy to do. However, after a phone call from Brian the following day, and a chat about who the glove was for, it turned out the original one I ordered wasn't the right one (I'd ordered one for handling larger birds of prey ie eagles etc) Brian advised me on falconry gloves and happily changed my order for a glove more suitable, ie for handling smaller birds of prey. This smaller, more practical glove was also much cheaper and Brian refunded the difference. The glove arrived within a couple of days, it's very well made and I'm extremely pleased with it. I would highly recommend Westweald Falconry.
