Very poor service given a delivery window between 2pm and 7pm. So called customer care doesn't have a clue " and doesn't know what to say ". Couldn't even track a delivery. Very poor company overall
worst experience, waited all day and guess no delivery. Never tried to call me on my phone but updated website that no one was at home
Very impressed with the service. Driver Mark NG77 was very helpful & polite even took the parcel to the garage for me.
We have a new driver that comes to our site in Mansfield. She is so friendly and responsive. A much better service than Ace Sameday couriers or Derby Express Couriers
Ordered bags of concrete from Wicks was due to be delivered on 10th November was expecting it all day then told it was returned to Wicks possibly because no one was in ?? Did they even try ? When I queried was told to contact Wicks - they didn’t seem to care. Now late with job still no concrete. City Sprint ref 58395883 Have been told they tried to contact me - obviously not very hard - there were people here all day. We have other couriers that deliver with no issues.
I have ordered compost twice from wicks now and this company have delivered both times, dumped it on my steps and then drove off and then claim that I have signed for it when I haven't. Luckily I have been at home because if I'd have been at work it would probably have been nicked. I think it's disgusting that your drivers do this.
Ordered some items from Wickes and got the delivery scheduled in the morning. I'm waiting like a tool, went to the front door to let my cat in. I look at my fence and the City Sprint driver left the order against my front fence, partially damaged and incomplete. No knock on the door, no ring on the door bell. Totally useless.
One of the worst delivery companies we have ever used. Used their Next Day Delivery on Friday as we were going for a night out on the Saturday, we got a notification it had been delivered Saturday 12noon but it did not come until Sunday afternoon. CitySprint.co.uk customer services was not helpful and they are now running a a campaign on trustpilot to get all the negative reviews removed with the help of trustpiot.
