Well , I've learnt something I didn't know till today , when there's a decline on card , a shop is suppose to reset the transaction, which I doubt this shop did .the bank have now organised to use phone instead ..however..being treated appalling in this store including suggesting I sit out of site which I said no , I'm disabled and I'm not going to shout for my husband when he comes to save the day , so a stall was provided ..I'm aware that cards do get declined but I didn't lnow the complexities, now I do ..I won't be visiting this store again, which is a shame , as I would be an excellent customer to have. Very saddened. Bessie..update , got to wait till Monday to update app ...however I've just used my card in a coffee shop , worked straight away ...

I went to the store spent my gift card. Peacocks is on the list where i can use One4All card. Very happy spent some time there and pick quite few things to try on and.. the lady said system for the cards is not ready. I was disappointed even more when i had to put away everything without staff help... never more
