   I can’t recommend Precious Sprouts enough! From start to finish, Rana went above and beyond in every possible way. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Offering genuine guidance and advice based on his many years of experience in the baby industry. I initially called just to compare a travel system, but Rana didn’t just match it, he beat every other place by far in both price and service. What truly amazed me was his level of care and understanding. When he found out my wife was being admitted at short notice, he personally went out of his way to deliver the order to me within just a couple of hours, without hesitation. That kind of service is almost impossible to find these days. Rana’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a stressful time so much easier for us. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’ll definitely be recommending Precious Sprouts to all my family and friends — it’s rare to find someone who combines top-quality products, unbeatable prices, and such genuine customer service.    5 star review specifically for Rana the store owner. All all of the other reviews have mentioned the same but Rana is a kind, caring professional who knows what he's talking about and is very proactive. He has been helpful giving fair and honest advice. He is clearly passionate. If you need help buying a buggy, or other accessories for your little one/s then Rana is highly recommended. The store is small but cozy and well equipped with what you need. 10/10 will visit again when necessary.

   We bought from here an Egg Shell Car Seat ISOFIX. We communicated that we want to get our hands on it ASAP and Rana who is working there had the product delivered to our door in less than 48 hours (other egg stockist in London would give as 4-14 days). Rana was extremely helpful despite our peculiar requests and our indecisiveness. Great shop even greater customer service. I recommend it hands down and will be our go to.

   Recently purchased a pram and car seat off of Rana from Precious Sprouts. First of all the experience was amazing! Very throughout with his job and explained everything to me and discussed if the pram and car seat was best for me by asking questions to make sure it is best suited to my current situation . Also helped me and let me pay in instalments which really helped me out. Im so glad I chose Precious Sprouts and will definitely be coming back to purchase more things once my little one arrives.    The best there is! I have been a customer since having my first child in 2013, my one stop for every single thing I needed as a new mum and as my baby grew. Service is second to none. So much so that all I need to do is send a text or call to make an order or even to get advice when I’m unsure of what to buy. Rana has personally delivered to me and helped me set up. He is always happy to give expert honest advice on the different products. 10 years later, even after moving miles away. I still went to precious sprouts for all the things I needed for my second baby and I am thrilled to say the service is still second to none!

   My personal experience at precious sprouts was amazing, I went into the store adamant I knew what I wanted after listening to what my wants were Rana then took the time to ask me questions about what I do daily. Where I go, how I transport, what property I live in etc, he then took the time to recommend what he believed would be suited to my needs whilst also considering what I wanted. When we left the store I was unbelievably happy with what we was receiving and also the customer service I had received, Rana saved us money and took care of us properly! I honestly could not recommend him enough he is amazing and knows exactly what he’s talking about and I will be going back each time! Gutted I only found him now and not after my first little one

   After looking for the perfect buggy for our son in various different shops we came across precious sprouts when finding a uk stockist for the Egg2. The customer service was absolutely impeccable and felt very personal as were asked about our circumstances and given a bespoke service based on our needs. The owner had years of experience and knowledge about the products and didn’t hesitate to educate us on the various different things we may not have considered. Buying from precious sprouts was very easy- we were able to set up a payment plan that worked for us and received our buggy with no difficulty. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
