They quoted £63 per box to ship to China in August 2021. I finally available to pack all my stuff in Dec 2021 and arrange the pickup. Before I packed things up I confirmed with them is it okay to ship car parts to China and they said YES! After they picked up my parcels then they said it is £83 per box to ship. As I delayed for a couple of months I understand the price will be vary. Although I am a bit unhappy as they did not notify me the price change before pickup my luggage. And they just send me the total amount of the payment but they did not mention anything about the deposit. I need to ask before I pay. They said it can not be deducted all £50, I need to pay £5 per box. That is different saying when I ordered. I just wanted to sort things out so I just pay whatever they say. Two weeks later, I parcel had been sent back from Parcel Force as they cannot confirm the contents through scanning. I have packed clothes, shoes, a Xbox and games, model cars and car parts. Only thing- car parts, I am not sure whether it can be post back to China and I confirmed with STO EXPRESS customer service before I packed and they said YES. They claimed it is Parcel Force return my parcels and I have to take all responsibility and loss which means I paid £274 for nothing. Do not choose their company! Terrible service! Super speechless! I asked in advance whether it can be mailed, and Shentong customer service clearly told me that it was possible. Now I have to bear all the responsibilities and expenses for the returned package. Shentong said that they did not return the package, and they had no choice but to directly push the blame to Parcel Force.
