   It was my first time getting my nails done professionally but I had high expectations for this place based on recent reviews but no. First of all their address is wrong so I went to the wrong place and had to call up to ask where they were beause the one noted down sent me in the oppsite direction. Finally found the place and was early so expected to be waiting but the older woman sat me down instantly wanting to work on me, didn't even let me get my coat off. Showed her what I wanted and she mentioned a cat eye. I said I don't know what that is but the picture is a red base with gold marks. Instead of seeing if she could do it she asked if I had a plan B. I did but I really wanted the red and gold but instead of arguing I showed her the other one I wanted. She got the drill file thing whatever it's called and did my nails then cut off my cuticles. She had actually made me bleed on my left thumn when cutting/filing the nail/cuticle. It was burning under the UV lamp and she said it was normal. I asked for the nails to be shorter and I was given a half eye roll and she cut off barely 3 millimetres! God forbid I want something I can actually work with! I told her I work with machines in a gambling place in Mansfield so I can't have them too long but she refused to listen and held my hand at an angle so I couldn't see how long they actually were until after she put the acrylic on. A younger girl took over painting while the older woman moved onto another woman who I believe is a regular because they knew exactly what she wanted to a T. The younger girl was far more gentle which I appreciated and I paid £40 for these but after how I was treated with the older woman I will not be returning especially when I stated it was my first time and my wishes were not followed. The nails are beautiful the younger girl did a good job with the red but it's the older woman that is the reason that will be my first and last time there.

   Not lived around here long so been looking for a decent nail shop and today I found one! Lovely service and my nails look beautiful even managed to fix my very sore broken one will definitely be back as a regular ☺️

   The nicest nail salon around! Service, quality, communication and salon appearance all top notch. I can easily say I’ve found my new regular salon as I’ve just moved into the area. A lovely gentleman did most my nails and took extra care and kept asking if the shape style was what I wanted. Then I met with the owner, Vi, who is highly trained in all things nails. She spoke to me about my recent move and really welcomed me. Thank you all so much as this made me feel very happy being there. And I’m very much looking forward to coming back for my infills.

   The rudest nail salon I’ve ever been to. Been getting my nails done for years and years - moved house and needed to find somewhere else. Don’t know where all these good reviews have come from because I got my nails done there and all the staff were so rude, on their phones not serving anyone, when you ask to look at colours they just shove them at you or god forbid ask them to file them shorter! I went back to get one of the nails fixed which came off and the experience was even more SHOCKING. No one would have thought I was supporting their independent business, felt like it was more of an inconvenience/chore. Disgusting.

   Very very rude staff. Asked for a certain shape and got told “no” and they put something different on. Constantly snatching equipment off of each other so customers hands are pushed around and left with wet nails. Absolute worst experience. I’ve been before and had rude treatment but liked the nails so thought I’d try again; huge mistake. Even worse behaviour than before. The numbers on their colour charts also don’t match with the bottles they use and they won’t listen if you say they’ve done it wrong. Can’t say enough how terrible they are and how much you should go somewhere else. Edit for stores response: I came with a friend and you were rude to both of us on both occasions we came to your store. You refused to round shape on a nail and said “no”. That is a quote. Claiming I’m lying when you know full well you’ve got terrible customer service and that I’m not the only review stating it, is disgusting and just further proves my point. Definitely avoid.

   I love the nails and how they came out. But I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady doing them. I found her to be stand-offish. At the start I had mentioned I have sensitive nails, I do them frequently. She was moving very quick and hurt me the first time. I reminded her of my sensitivity and she was huffing and puffing, and no apology. She did it again I told her she hurt me: she asked if it’s bleeding and told me that she didn’t even touch my skin. When I told her that I felt the pain and to slow down. She did it again going too fast. From there her body language changed and towards the ens when I finally paid her, I told her I get my nails done frequently and she caused me pain more than 3 time; and not once did she apologise. She just sat there looking at me unbothered. If she apologised and had a good attitude I would not have a problem. But I really think they need to talk about customer service with their staff. The rest of them sat there seeing this and said nothing about it. It was like I’m making my pain up and jumping from shock for no reason. It’s unfortunate because I’m really happy with the nails. But I will never return after this experience. The experience is very important. I believe she is skilled but from the moment I told her please slow down I am sensitive, she should have apologised first and foremost instead of bad attitude.
