We took Imogen to get her castings done when she was just three weeks old. The castings had to be done several times as she kept opening her hands and moving her feet! Highly recommended for beautiful and good quality castings. We were so pleased to collect but finger tip was broken before put on display. But, once VSB repaired it free of charge. I requested to change casting layout to match with others. This was also changed without any fuss. She was super helpful and has been fantastic in helping me.
