Had a very good experience in store this Saturday. Pre booked an appointment and were in there for 1.5 hours testing a few travel system ranges. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable, demonstrated the various configurations of each buggy and were very patient in helping us do it ourselves. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying your buggy here!
We had an amazing experience at Babycare of Dagenham picking our first pram/travel system for our baby. Hing especially was very informative, friendly and calm, she really went above and beyond to show us everything thoroughly and encouraged us to test things giving us the best of the experience and making the choice much easier for us. Really helpful and knowledgable staff and such a large selection of everything so you’re able to compare all the different brands and models in one place. They also do great deals and prices, we couldn’t find the bundle they offered us cheaper online so was a no brainer to buy through the shop!

Had an appointment today to buy a cot bed, was told there were only 3 in store to view. Felt we were judged from the start as we were shown the cheapest one, which wasn’t great quality, I asked if that was the only one in stock and then showed another two. We were happy to wait for delivery, no rush to buy same day. The other two, were similar in price but different design. I asked several times were there any more and the assistant said no, despite other cots being on show none of these were cot beds, that converted to toddler beds, just the three we were shown. After looking at mattresses etc, the one we liked and set upon we were then told (no mention previously, just once decided), we couldn’t have it as you had to buy as part of a deal with furniture. We already have furniture, so the deal wasn’t relevant for us. We went away empty handed. After the visit, we looked online and have since purchased the exact same cot nearly £130 cheaper! The appointment helped us with deciding on a cot, so not a total waste of time, but wouldn’t go back. Reply from seller doesn’t match experience!!
Babycare of Dagenham is a fantastic establishment that truly cares about the service they provide and customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend enough!
