The desk staff are amoung some of the rudest I’ve ever spoken to and they won’t release nothing at all when it comes to files PERSONAL FILES! That I PERSONALLY ASKED for. Can’t wait to get as far away from this doctors as possible IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS SURGERY

This has got to be the worst surgery ever. Never can get through spend hrs on phone then to be disconnected its infuriating. I can't believe in 2025 there is no online booking system. Needs an overhaul and to get with the times.

Phoned begging for help for over half a year with a pain in my leg that got worse and travelled over time. Got palmed off with pain killers until finally being sent for scan 8 months later for it to have been cancer that had since spread and now is incurable at the age of 23. Disgraceful, negligent surgery.

My Dr Collins is the best thing ever happen to me, so empathetic and helpful, she makes me feel better even before taking my medication. Thank you so much Mrs

Surprised to see these reviews? Just changed here from another surgery to be nearer home. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Smooth handover, easy to request a repeat prescription and good interaction with pharmacies and other medical practitioners. When needed we've phoned off peak and phone has been answered immediately. Grateful thanks SK.

Doctor great. It’s the getting through to speak to anyone is the problem. I would hate to have something seriously wrong With me. Far too many patients to handle. Been here 25 years, they have went awol from covid.

Could be dieing and you wouldn't get true phone is constantly engaged. 183 calls and still have not gotten through, il be changing doctor surgery definitely five times I've been ill and unable to get through on the phone

Absolutely horrific GP surgery. Getting through is a weeks worth of work and when you do and get a call from a doctor the arrogance and self entitlement is disgusting. As taxpayers and wanting to avail of the brutally lazy and poor NHS try another surgery

I'm not complaining about my own doctor who is great, when I can get to him. I rang this morning and 328 attempts later I gave up disgusted frustrated and highly stressed out. Just an engaged tone is not good enough, at least put us in a queue. I've verbally complained before and told..tough..by a receptionist olessreceptionist...tough

Receptionists are rude, not helpful sound like they don't even want to be there, they definitely néed trained up again on how to treat a patient /person. Doctors seem OK once you eventually get through to them on phone and the receptionist who thinks they are a doctor.
