   I bought a home buyer insurance. My purchase fell through in Sep 2023 due to the sellers pulling out. I logged a claim and provided all the documents required. The insurer appointed a solicitor to handle my case afterwards. In their decision letter that arrived in Jan 2024, they accused me of using forgeries and hence declined my claim. There is no way I would set myself to jail for such an insurance claim. I provided strong evidences to dispute. Since then, they just said they were still looking into it. It has been almost 9 months and I still haven't got my money back.

   Query which affects your insurance won’t be answered for 13days which just forces you to cancel your insurance. When you call them the sales team is super rude. Theres only two in sales team and they know nothing as well. When you call another line, Harry will only say they are super busy with their emails but someone would answer my email by the day however Ive been waiting for the whole evening and nothing was answered. They wont even answer your query even it has been sent few times for more than ten days. They only reply until you say youre going to cancel the insurance which charges you £25 as well however nothing has been done and your query was still not answered. Dont be attracted by their cheap insurance plan and please avoid at all cost. Jason is also very rude in email.
