   Just booked a holiday to kavos corfu with Rebecca, I can’t recommend her enough! We went in with no idea where we wanted to go, just somewhere sunny and with a beach, she had so many recommendations and was very accommodating to our budget making sure we got the best place for our budget!    Nothing beats booking a holiday face to face. It’s just better being able to ask the questions and if the sales agent hadn’t been, some one in the store had and is able to give guidance and advice. Just booked my next little get away and can not fault the professionalism of Karen. She was knowledgeable and patience, she had no problem the multiple times I made her pull up my two choose cruises and allowing me to compare and contrast different aspects. Even giving me a heads up about the BLC which I’d completely forgotten about. Brilliant experience.

   Shauna provided such an in depth consultation about our holiday. Local knowledge, experience and professionalism really stood out for me. From the get go Shauna asked us questions about what we wanted and what we didn't want and didn't try to push anything on us that we weren't sure about. I used to be a "do it myself on the internet" type of person but Shauna made the whole process so much easier and took the Hassel out of everything. Great selection of holidays to fit any budget!    Had such a fantastic experience in the Newtownards shopping centre TUI store with a young girl named Courtney. Couldn’t have been more helpful, fast to email replies and callbacks, booked both a family holiday to Florida through her then a week later went back to her to book my wedding abroad. Would highly recommend her, so friendly and great on getting me the best possible price dates etc to suit all my needs. Thank you for everything.    Had a fantastic experience booking with Tui in Newtownards. Went in to book Portugal and ended up with Mexico, due to the girl lyndsay finding us a really good deal! Probably once in a lifetime holiday but honestly she went above and beyond to find us the best family holiday ever!We enjoyed every single moment off it. Would highly recommend the shop as the girls have a really high knowledge of destinations and will do their very best to accommodate. Will definitely be using tui again.
