Family cruise booked today with Julie and could not be happier with the service we received. Very attentive to our needs and couldn't do enough for us. Me and My Wife booked a holiday with tui for our first anniversary they said Mexico would be lovely for your first anniversary and they would take care of all the paperwork. We fully trusted them as soon as we got to the borders of Mexico we were treated very hostile like criminals , when we try to ring up TUI was no help at all. All he kept saying it was not our fault and yet they promised us that they would do all the paperwork and make sure everything was perfect and smooth for our anniversary. I wouldn’t recommend booking with Because after we paid for the holiday, The pressured us to leave a review and we hadn’t even gone on holiday at this point they told us lies and our anniversary was destroyed myself took a panic attack on the plane home and no one helped after that panic attack I got a fear of planes I would never fly again. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. and I don’t know why because we didn’t do anything wrong we tried to do a nice thing for our first anniversary when we called up to get our money back or even exchange for another holiday they said there is nothing we can do and hung up the phone I’d highly recommend not to fly or book any holidays with them whatsoever I should’ve known when they put the pressure on me to put a review on just after paying for the holiday .

Caroline in the Castle Court, Belfast store went above & beyond to make sure we had a holiday of a lifetime booked. She couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful in getting the right holiday location & price. She even helped me surprise my daughter with the holiday. Additionally Donna helped book our excursions & was able to show real life photos of the resort & real life experience of the excursions, ensuring we booked the best ones for our interests. The girls in the castle court branch all go above & beyond & nothing is too much trouble for them to help with. I can’t recommend them enough!

Caroline was incredible!! We recently booked our first family holiday with Caroline at tui and we’re beyond impressed with the care we received, Caroline got us the most beautiful hotel all inclusive for a great price, she advised us on travelling with our baby and even gave our little one a special ticket to remember his first holiday by!
