   My wife and I booked a winter holiday to South Africa using Clubworld Travel. Liam made excellent suggestions for the Garden Route trip including staying in Cape Town and then the journey across the country to a Safari north of Port Elizabeth. Liam and his colleagues looked after us exceptionally well. We really appreciated his guidance and work to make this a very enjoyable experience.

   Rang Club World Travel today and asked about a holiday over the summer. As my boyfriend and I’s jobs are so demanding it is difficult to know when we can take off work. We have booked holidays a month before for years now and it has worked for us. I asked about a holiday at the end of June or start of September. The lady on the phone was patronising and rude as she kept reminding me of how late I was booking a holiday to the US and Mexico. This is actually very doable and I have already researched the flights and hotels for these locations during these dates. She repeated I would need the time and budget (all of which we have). As it appeared this task took her by such a shock, I asked about other locations across the world and she said I would need to come into the office. It appeared like she was struggling with the idea of sending me a few locations across over email.

   Quoted a price for Disneyland Paris that was almost £1000 more expensive than I could book myself directly. Incredibly unhelpful and I would recommend you have a look yourself and book directly rather than be ripped off here.

   Had an amazing experience in club world travel agents, Lisburn Road. Meet a wonderful agent called Liam, who was absolutely fantastic. He got us an amazing New York City break at a great price. He was friendly, efficient, polite & very professional. He explained everything in great detail, made us feel so welcome and made our visit all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this travel agency for anyone considering a holiday. I will definitely be back
