   I went to white company bluewater with my mum today There today we had another very lovely look around at all of the clothes they have at the white company bluewater They have such amazing and wonderful clothes there It was so lovely coming back to the white company bluewater with my mum today I really like coming to the white company with my mum when we go to the bluewater shopping centre Kind and friendly staff Lovely service I had a very lovely second experience there today at the white company with my mum today This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   Carole was amazing, very kind and attentive and helped us with an online order in the store as the product was out of stock, however her supervisor who I didn’t catch the name of but had an irish accent was abrupt and rude to carole and interrupted carole helping us, poor customer service on the managers behalf.

   From the moment I walked into The White Company at Bluewater, I felt such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the staff. There were about five team members in store — all were friendly, engaging, and so helpful. I knew what I wanted, and everyone went out of their way to assist with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Carole, who served me at the till — she was absolutely lovely. It was my first visit to this store, and it certainly won’t be my last!

   Ordered the classic bathrobe online, but the quality felt completely different from the one I’d tried in-store previously. I went to this store to enquire about a refund or exchange, and to check the robe in person again (just to make sure I wasn’t imagining the quality/texture!). I was helped by a brilliant assistant named Amy, who kindly checked stock, brought out a fresh robe for me to try, and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. She processed the new order quickly and without any hassle. Truly wonderful service from her!

   Today I was helped by Mindy when looking for baby clothes to buy my co-worker as a gift. Mindy was so helpful and really enthusiastic and lovely to talk to altogether. You guys have a lovely member staff there in Bluewater, not only did she really help me but really made my day as she was so lovely to talk to throughout my whole visit and had full knowledge of everything she was showing me. Thank you for all your help Mindy!
