   My Mum and I went into the Rushmere branch at 4:30pm on Tuesday 15th of October to ask about transfers for our upcoming Thailand holiday. Mum wanted to know if the price she was emailed was in total or per person. The lady behind at the desk (black curly hair) spoke to us so abruptly and condescending as if we should have known it was in total (usually on holidays we get bus transfers and pay per person). She assumed we would know that it was taxi transfers and you pay for the taxi and not per passenger. She actually said at one point ‘what are you looking??’ like it was such a hassle to have to deal with customers. I think you should have to have a decent level of interpersonal skills to work in a customer facing job and she doesn’t seem to have them. We felt very talked down on. This has put us off using terra travel again in the future which is a pity because everyone else we’ve dealt with in there has been friendly and a great help.

   Only got as far as to phone Terry answered and was so rude so sharp and should not be dealing with the public by phone or face to face .Was recommended this agency but bad recommendation and has lost a lot of money for amount of people I was going to book for a long haul flight .Horrible person.

   We have booked a number of holidays at the Craigavon Terra travel and have always found them to be very helpful and friendly on each occasion.There is one guy Dessie Foy who goes the extra mile and is always very friendly welcoming and helpful.We usually make a beeline for him when making our booking .We hope to use him again in the near future especially since covid has passed and things seem to be returning to normality .
