   Dropped off a parcel here today about 15:30 — watched the woman hold it like a bag even though the tape was coming off the box. When I said it might break, she dangled it by the corner instead. Clearly, common sense and parcel care isn’t on the training checklist.

   Went to collect my parcels, there should have been three, they bought two of them out. They then proceeded to scan them out, they were unable to do this. I was told to come back tomorrow as it’s close to closing time and machine recognises this….really!!!? I left perplexed, I needed all of the items as heading away on holiday and now I have nothing, no compromise…just give me the parcels!!!!!

   Went to collect my parcels, the lady was extremely rude, all she said was ‘name’ then went to get my parcel most people would say ‘just going out back to get you parcel’ not a word she just stormed off, came back said ‘name’ again beeped the parcels gave them to me and said thanks, no smile, no eye contact just pure rude, had a grumpy face on, I’m sorry but even if you hate your job you still show good customer service skills. Extremely rude people, going to change where I collect my parcels from. Really shocking experience wouldn’t use again.

   I do like this shop, it’s really convenient especially for sending and returning parcels. I’ve worked in customer services so I get it’s not fun at all and you have to do with some awful people, however, one thing I’d like to recommend is using more manners. I wouldn’t say the staff are rude at all but particularly the younger ones never say please or thank you which I find odd. When I worked in these sort of places I always said eg that’s 3.99 please and thank you after. Here is like “4.99… yeah all done” It’s just like ? Basic manners is all

   Such helpful staff. The form of my Amazon return had been incorrectly allocated by Amazon but this was no issue for them. They helped me to package it up in store and helped me with the label production. Very impressed.

   This once handy shop has been spoilt by becoming a parcel collection point it takes 20 minutes to get service because staff are dealing with parcels it's quicker to go elsewhere they're distroying their own business

   1star is generous. Had parcels sent here for years, for years my partner and children have ran in and collected for me simply by showing either my id or their id. A few weeks ago the manager was in and point blank refused my partner to collect my parcel and was infact extremely rude to him when he informed her he has collected my parcels many times. I then went into the shop and to speak with the manager, her customer service skills were disgusting. She continued to argue with me and tell me we were wrong and only the person addressed on parcel can collect, this led to her banning me from HER shop as she put it. Today my partner went in and collected a parcel in my name showing my id with no issues. What a complete joke of a manager.
