   This pharmacy is just great. Started going here due to proximity to my surgery however now I will always go for the fact of the great professional service and staff. Current state of the NHS is absolutely dire and thank god we have pharmacys like here where they staff will go above and beyond to help to whatever they can within theirs means. Genuinely feel like the staff care about their customers and their jobs. If your got queries or concerns they make sure that you are fully comfortable. Have even been helpful over the phone with follow up questions. Just a great team. Parking is a nightmare however that is nothing to do with clear pharmacy or their staff.

   Staff patronising arrogant and unhelpful. I was third to be served out of four customers waiting. It took 15 minutes for me to be moved to number two. One member of staff was serving while two others chatted up the back. I will going to another chemist in future which can give helpful customer service. Disgusted

   These girls are the most professional of all the chemists I have visited in the Bangor area and the Pharmacist's Ashley and Sarah are so helpful and will answer any question that you may have. The fact that they are open late every night is a bonus and a great hep to the people of Bangor
