No staff to operate the tills. After two calls to have staff come to a till, success. Ten minute wait. Boots would be better getting rid of the retail space and just operate a pharmacy.
Not good service,you hand in your prescription and wait over 10 minutes only for them to come out and say they haven't your prescription in stock and to come back..this has happened a few times poor service
I had a long wait, 4 before me, at pharmacy counter to enquire if they stocked an item, didn't seem enough staff on duty.
Social distancing disaster, avoid at all costs. Receptionist at pharmacy lunging right in my face to ask me a question, instead of staying behind the counter, and I had to jump back. Not wearing a mask, coughing. I'm furious.
I would regularly collect my medication from this Boots branch and I have always found them to be most helpful and friendly.
Shocking service today, prescriptions are never ready for collection regardless of the notice given. Also pharmacist wanted to do a review of prescriptions in front of lots of waiting customers - this should be done in private. There are plenty of other pharmacists in Holywood - AVOID BOOTS
