   Sadly the "gentleman" behind the prescription counter is nothing short of ignorant. We queued up today while 2 staff members dealt with another customer. After a few minutes a couple of more customers came in and queued to our left. When the man appeared he said in such a sarcastic tone "the queue is actually to the other side here" with a smirk. I had not been in this chemist before, I did not know where you were meant to queue. I stood behind the lady that it took 2 staff members to serve. Only the tablets I required are not available in superdrug I would have walked out. He could do with a lesson in common courtesy or do some training with Superdrug staff to see how you are meant to treat customers.

   Called in here twice now just before they close. The staff are extremely friendly and offer so much great advice. Such a great team in there. Thank you ladies for not rushing us out the door you are amazing.

   I went into medicare today at 12.30. When I buy over the counter medicine as an adult I'm fully aware of the dosage and how long I should take them for. When I went to the counter and asked for the item I was TOLD the following" ive noticed you've bought these before" I advised her they help with my vertigo and take the recommended dosage, she then repeated herself and said " I have a duty of care"..I said I understand that but I use the correct dosage. This woman is stern, unfriendly and not nice so I will not be going back because of her poor customer service.

   Heather and Pawel are great. The retail part of the shop has trumendously improved in the last five month. Can't recognize the shop. Ooh my days.

   Just out from the Clarins counter, dont know the ladies name, I'm going to have to make a point of asking her but she is lovely. I go in regularly to get my bottle of Angel topped up. She always has a smile and a bit of chat as we are both fans of Angel perfume. Always a pleasure
