Possibly the most pleasant and friendly staff I've had the pleasure of encountering since I moved to Belfast 3 years ago. I am a manager in a service based industry and deal with hundreds of people every day and I can say with sincerity that finding staff with a positive and engaging social inclination in a customer facing role is the rare exception. For the customer to leave the shop feeling happier compared to when they walked in is the gold standard of customer service in my opinion. Maybe equal - of not higher - in value than any product sold. The owners are lucky to have a valuable staff member.
