   Called at 5.30 to collect a prescription for my daughter that she had been urgently waiting on (had already called the previous day but told it was not ready). When I got home I discovered only one part of the script was handed to me. My daughter phoned the pharmacy asking for help and was told the second half of the script was available but the pharmacy was closing at 6.00. I took the phone and asked if someone could help and hold back for 5 mins and I would rush back to collect the rest of the script, I was immediately passed to the gentleman pharmacist in charge. NO we close at 6.00, I asked for his help, sorry but if I was to help everyone I would not get to close on time!!! Unbelievable, I was told the script only arrived after 5.30, they were not to blame, really. When I complained the next day the pharmacist told me ‘ I was welcomed to take my business elsewhere and even asked if I would like to return the prescription!. A community pharmacist, there to support the local community!! So disappointed.

   Handy for prescriptions but rarely has other items you expect chemists to have. Always have to use other pharmacies. Not so bad for me but not so easy for people who have no access to cars.

   To be honest, I only use this pharmacy to collect my prescription now. They ask WAY too many personal questions when you are buying products that no other pharmacy would ever ask. I used to humour them, but started having to go elsewhere because they kept making up 'laws & rules' that no other pharmacy does. Not even tesco have this nonsense.
