   First of all the women who are on the counter are always very pleasant and helpful so this is not about them. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the male pharmacist with blonde hair. We had run out of my daughters steriod inhaler. I sent my partner down with all the information regarding this including the fact we had requested already from the doctors surgery and they told us it could not be done today. A steriod inhaler can't be stopped suddenly due to the impact on the adrenaline system as well as complications on breathing stopping suddenly, risk of asthma attack etc. My partner was refused and I had to drive down and miss a work meeting and insist and repeat the same information given to my partner (in a written text) as well as reminding the pharmacist of the danger of stopping this medication abruptly. The inhaler was then issued. I'm unsure why this needed to be so difficult as we were not requesting a controlled drug that is misused but a necessity for a child's breathing. I feel really sorry for the elderly or vulnerable who are unable to advocate for themselves in situations like this.

   I rushed today after collecting my Prescription from Hollywood Archies Westminster Belfast GP , I had one emergency today , I waited for 30 min . When I requested politely she just asked me to take prescription back . I didn’t like the response . Disappointed with the response after waiting so long. Will try not to go . If rush is there still 30 min is enough to get my medicine.

   Friendly staff although a bit dopey. Very long wait times, usually have most of your prescription in stock but not always. No customer loyalty. Handy to Hollywood arches doctors surgeries.

   If you have to wait at least half an hour for one prescription is not right. All of them think they are doctors. 5 minutes to make 1step. Its a shame.

   Usually fine but rang up to check if a prescription was ready for the girlfriend and I have just spoken to the most patronising person ever. Obnoxious isn't the word!
