   The staff are very nice however... I went in asking for Calpol for my 10 year old daughter, while looking I asked if there was one that covers both a 5 year old and a 10 year old. I was given a larger more expensive bottle, when I got home I realised it was infant Calpol for up to 6 year old. I went back to the shop to get the right one, they wouldn't/couldn't refund and said the solution was to double the dose as the infant bottle is half the strength. Meaning I've to give my daughter 20ml (4 syringes) up to 4 times a day, potentially 16 syringes! That's an unacceptable way to work round an error 16 syringes into a sick child , never mind that the bottle will be empty after 5 doses. First time shopping here won't be back. Be careful of advice given.

   Small but effective…I got what I wanted so fast with the staff help (Qub sweater guy) who was helpful friendly and knowledgeable…Btw the price of the medicine that I got is cheaper than Boots

   The staff in the shop are lovely and try very hard to provide a great service. Unfortunately there are many issues going on behind the scenes making it nearly impossible at times for the staff to provide the service they want to provide. So many times I have had to return two, three or maybe more times for items which aren't in stock. I know the reasons but not for this forum. Suffice to say I will be making a complaint to NIPS, Northern Ireland Pharmaceutical Society about how the shop is run. This has no bearing on the staff.

   Really helpful chemists with good opening hours. Needs a complete refit inside though as it’s not making the best use of space and the shelving is really tired. So much potential to be had. Really glad to have it so close as there’s easy parking outside (depending on the time you visit or course!).
